摘要: 各种工业流量计的精度标定是工业仪表一项重要的计量工作,传统的标定系统使用人工或半自动操作方式,操作流程复杂,效率低,出错率高。针对传统流量标定装置的缺陷,从新设计一套称重法流量标定系统,它使检定的效率,精确度得到很大的改善。此控制系统根据电磁流量计检定的工艺要求,依据封闭管道中液体流量的测量称重法国家标准规范,设计了计算机称重法检定流量计系统。该系统分为三部分,第一部分也是最主要的部分是上位机(即PC),需要通过组态王软件来设计系统。第二部分是数据采集模块,向上连接上位机并向其传送数据,向下连接着实际运行系统并从中采集数据保存在存储模块中以便向上位机传送。第三部分是特性测试装置(实际测试系统)。在上位机和数据采集模块两部分之间还有一个RS-232/RS485转换器,作用是将RS-232串行口的TXD和RXD信号转换成两衡半双工的RS-485信号。39019

Development of traffic calibration system for computer weighing method
Abstract: The accuracy of all kinds of industrial flowmeter calibration is an important industrial instrument measuring work, the traditional calibration system uses manual or semi-automatic operation. The operation process is complex, low efficiency and of high error rate. Aimed at the defects of traditional flow calibration device, the new design of a set of weighing method flow calibration system, it makes the verification efficient so that the accuracy is greatly improved. According to the requirements of the electromagnetic flowmeter calibration process, the control system is based on the fluid flow in closed pipelines measurement weighing method of national standard specification and the computer weighing method verification flow meter system is designed. This system is pided into three parts. The first part, PC is known as the most important part of the upper machine. Through software kingview, it can realize functions. The second part is the data acquisition module, PC, and transfer data, connected to the system of actual running down, and to collect data stored in the storage module to up a transfer machine. The third part is feature test device (the actual test system). Between the PC and the data acquisition module,there is a RS - 232 / RS485 converter, it can make RS - 232 serial port of TXD and RXD signal convert into two scale half-duplex RS - 485 signal.
