摘要PSD作为一种精密的光电位置敏感探测器,具有体积小,灵敏度高、响应时间短、高位置分辨率、光谱响应范围大等特点[1],且不受外界电磁环境和潮湿等因素的影响,在非接触测量领域中通过PSD传感器信号调理电路与单片机电路的结合,具有广阔的发展应用前景。42912
本文通过对PSD位置敏感探测器原理的分析,然后设计出相应的驱动电路、滤波电路、信号处理电路,并制作出相应的电路板。然后通过以FPGA为核心的信号采集、存储和读出系统的设计,对调理过的PSD信号进行分析实现移动轨迹的测量并分析各误差因素如背景光与暗电流、PSD非线性等因素对测量精度的影响。

Title Measurement System of Moving Target Track Based on PSD
Abstract
PSD as a precision photoelectric position sensitive detector, With small size, high sensitivity, short response time, high position resolution, high spectral response range and other features. Meanwhile, PSD is not affected by external factors such as humidity and electromagnetic environment. In the field of non-contact measurement, through combining PSD sensor signal conditioning circuit and microcontroller, it has broad application prospects.
Based on the analysis of the PSD’s principle, we design the corresponding drive circuit, filter circuit, signal processing circuit, and produce a corresponding circuit board. Then through the design of signal acquisition, storage and readout system With the FPGA as the core, then analyze the conditioned PSD’s signal to achieve the measurements of movement track. and analyze the influence of the error factors such as background light and dark current, non-linear PSD and other factors on the measurement accuracy.
