摘要微量注射推进器是一种应用于微流控芯片技术领域,可以长时间进行微量均匀进液的精密仪器。可以往不同推进器中放入不同的液体,使用时将多个推进器安置在同一装置上,以完成不同液体同时进行的进样。本文根据微流控芯片技术的要求,结合步进电机的控制技术,设计一种应用于微流控芯片的多路微注射器。多路微注射器硬件部分包括控制电路、步进电机、PC机,软件部分包括下位机电机驱动程序和上位机用户界面软件。多路微注射器的设计通过RS-232串行通信,使PC机与单片机联机运行,上位机发送控制命令,下位机驱动电机运行,实现多路微注射器进样的功能。合理地使用微注射器,可以减少许多人为的工作量,同时也十分方便控制进液速率和进液量的精度。42914

TitleDesign of multi channel micro syringe and control system based on 51 single chip microcomputer
Abstract
Micro injection propeller is used in micro fluidic technology field,a precise instrument for long time to carry out micro even liquid. Different liquids can be placed in different propeller.When in use,a plurality of propeller are arranged on the same device to complete the sampling of different liquids at the same time.This paper according to the requirements of micro fluidic chip technology, combined with the step motor control technology, designs a kind of multiple micro syringe applied in micro fluidic chip.The hardware of multiple micro syringe includes control circuit, stepper motor, PC,and the software part includes machine motor driver program and PC user interface software. The design of multi micro syringe through RS-232 serial communication, so that the PC machine and the single chip microcomputer on-line operation, the host computer sends the control command, the lower machine drives the motor to run, realizes the multi-channel micro syringe to enter the function to sample. Reasonably using micro syringe,many human workload can be reduced. At the same time it is also very easy to control the accuracy of liquid velocity and the liquid inlet quantity.
