摘要枪口烟雾不仅会危及射手健康,影响射手的再次射击瞄准精度,而且还反映出发射药燃烧不完全,能量利用效率低的问题。因此,,需要一种枪口烟雾检测系统,以检测和评价枪口烟雾的大小,为探索降低枪口烟雾的技术措施创造条件。本文对枪口烟雾检测系统进行了总体设计,基于朗伯比尔定律,使用一束激光穿透烟雾,通过光电转换电路将接收到的光信号转换为电信号。将电信号传输到计算机上,软件完成数据处理,最终以光透过率来描述烟雾浓度。系统由测量装置、烟箱、升降机构三大部分组成,在文中详细地介绍了各个关键结构件如烟箱、泄压阀、升降机构等的设计过程,并且对重要结构如烟箱本体、弹簧、丝杠、轴承、螺栓进行校核。另外,还对软件和光电测量部分做了整体上的设计。43195

Title The design of muzzle smoke detection system
Abstract
The muzzle smoke can not only endanger the health of the shooter, influence the aiming accuracy of the shooter, but also reflect the problem of insufficient combustion and low utilization efficiency of the gunpowder. Therefore, a muzzle smoke detection system in required to detect and evaluate the muzzle smoke, by which the conditions can be provided for the technical measures to reduce the muzzle smoke. In this paper, an overall design of the muzzle smoke detection system is conducted. Based on the Lambert-Beer’s law, we make a laser getting through the smoke and the A/D conversion circuit will change light signal into the electrical signal. The electrical signal is transmitted wo the computer and the data is processed by software. Finally, the smoke concentration is described by the light transmission rate. The system is composed of three main parts including the smoke box, measuring device and lifting mechanism. The detailed design process of the various key structures such as smoke box, pressure reduction valve and lifting mechanism are introduced in detail, and the important parts including the box, screw, bearing and bolts are verified. Last but not least, an overall design for software and measurement is completed.
