    摘要本课题完成节能型注塑机液压系统设计,包括液压系统的各组成部分的计算和控制系统的设计。塑料注射成型机是热塑性制品的成型加工设备,它将颗粒塑料加热熔化后,高压快速注入模腔,经过一定时间的保压和冷却后成型为塑料制品。任务内容具体包括注射成型原理及注射成型工艺过程分析、液压注塑机节能低耗高效的液压系统计算、工况分析、液压缸的计算、液压元件的选择、注塑机的PLC控制、绘制电控液控原理图与机械总装图等方面。先对注塑成型工艺过程进行分析,根据确定的参数制定系统方案和拟定液压系统图并选择液压元件,然后计算系统回路中的压力损失,来校验系统的性能,判别系统是否正确,并对液压缸各部分进行计算,最后根据塑料注射机的动作要求,选择出液压系统的各种油路和控制开关,又根据系统对速度、流量的要求,计算出零件的尺寸并利用软件进行相应的后续处理,用Microsoft visio绘制出液压系统的液控原理图与电控原理图,用AutoCAD绘制机械总装图。50807
