摘要现阶段,我国国内的脱水设备多数为滚筒式脱水机,这种滚筒式的脱水机在高速运动下的离心力很大,从织物中分离出液体(水),大大降低织物的干燥时间,其存在难以对压力进行调整、脱水机启停机时振动大、脱水速度慢、工作效率低、对织物损伤较大、增加劳动强度等诸多缺点。另外,织物的不均匀使以较高速度运行的脱水机主轴受力不平衡, 易磨损、断裂,威胁了操作者的人身安全。51262
压榨式脱水机在进行脱水工作时,其压力直接作用在纺织品上,脱水时间短,自动化水平高。解决了传统滚筒式脱水机的诸多不足之处。满足了市场对新型高效节能的压榨式脱水机的需求。提高了脱水机工作效率,降低了劳动者的工作强度,也将对我国脱水机的装备水平和整个国民制造业有着深远的意义。本文着力于研究压榨式脱水机的液压控制系统,旨在节约能源,提高效率。根据液压系统设计参数要求,液压系统采用电液比例控制技术进行设计,系统简单紧凑,能够方便快捷地采集和处理液压系统数据,同时可以根据工况改变系统压力,调节方便,节省能耗,以可编程控制器PLC为控制中心,极大地提高了系统的可靠性,充分体现了机电液一体化配置,技术成熟,可靠性高,保证系统工作的稳定。

Abstract At present, the dewatering equipment in China are mostly drum dryer. This type of dewatering machine use the centrifugal force generated by the roller when the roller running at high speed, so that the liquid (water) can be separated from the textiles, then the drying time of textiles will be reduced. However, there are many shortcomings, such as the pressure is not adjusted, there is vibration when start and stop the machine, dehydration time is so long, the work efficiency is low, the fabric damage is serious, labor intensity is big and so on. In addition, the fabric is not uniform causes the unbalanced force of equipment running at high speed, easily to be wore and tore, or fractured. And there is the existence of security risks of operator.
When a dewatering press is in work, its pressure effect on textiles directly, the dewatering time is short, and the press is in high level of automation, which solve the deficiency of traditional roller type dewatering machine and meet the market requirements of new energy efficient dewatering press. Hydraulic control system, this paper focuses on the research of the hydraulic control system of the dewatering press, in order to save energy and improve the efficiency of the machine. According to the requirements of the design parameters of the hydraulic system, we design the hydraulic system with electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, the system is simple and compact, which can collect and process the date of hydraulic system conveniently. The system can also change the pressure according to the conditions. We can easily have adjustment and save energy. With the programmable controller PLC as the control center, the reliability of the system can be improved greatly and the electromechanical integration configuration will be fully embodied. The system has mature technology and high reliability, which ensure the system work stably.
