摘 要当今的工业每天都在发生着改变,机械手在工业制造业中,具有很重要的意义。它既可用来运输货品、分拣物料等,用以取代人的沉重劳作;也可以在恶劣的作业环境下进行操作,如高温、高腐蚀、有害气体等环境,从而保护人的安全。由于机械手在制造领域的应用不仅提高了工业制造的生产效率,还提高了工业制造的生产准确率,从而进一步实现工业制造的机械化和自动化。机械手因此被普遍使用在重工业制造、炼制金属和轻加工业等领域。 69581
通过研究近年来机械手的发展情况和相关成果,发现小型的机械手在制造领域中有较广泛的应用,主要用于分拣各种类型的产品。因此,本设计的主要研究内容为设计一个带有机械手的给料分拣系统,并设计了基于气压传动的驱动系统,采用PLC作为控制系统,相结合的设计方案。为了满足系统的高经济性、高实用性、高可靠性,运用整体化的设计思想,完成给料分拣系统中各部分的分析和选取。

Application design of the PLC in Manipulator Control
Abstract The industry is changing every day, the manipulator in industrial manufacturing industry, has a very important significance. It can be used to transport goods and sorting materials, to replace the heavy labor, to operate in harsh working environment, such as high temperature, high corrosion and harmful gas environment, to protect people's safety. Because of the application of the manipulator in the manufacturing field, it not only improves the production efficiency, but also increases the accuracy rate of the industrial manufacture, so as to further realize the mechanization and automation of industrial production. The manipulator is widely used in heavy industry manufacturing, metal refining and light processing industry etc.
Through the research in recent years, the development of mechanical hand and related results, small mechanical hand is used in the field of manufacturing more, mainly used for sorting various types of products. Therefore, to determine the main idea of the paper, the design of a mechanical hand feed sorting system, and put forward the use of pneumatic drive as the drive system, PLC as a control system of the combination of the design. In order to satisfy the high economy, high practicability and high reliability of the system, the analysis and selection of each part of the material sorting system are completed by using the integrated design idea.
