摘要线路保护是电力系统的安全稳定运行的重要保证。继电保护是电力系统运行中不可或缺的重要二次设备,其基本任务是自动、迅速、有选择性地将故障元件从电力系统中切除,使故障元件免于继续遭到损坏,保证其他无故障部分迅速恢复正常运行;并且反应设备的不正常运行状态,并根据运行维护条件,而动作于发出信号或跳闸。所以继电保护装置在电力系统运行中的作用也就尤为重要。 智能变电站二次系统主要特征是数据采集数字化、信息交互网络化。与传统变电站相比,智能变电站二次回路的改进是显著的,且是原理性的。面对全新的二次回路,传统保护装置数据传输模式被打破,需要设计适合智能变电站的保护装置。 CompactRIO 是一款嵌入式控制和采集硬件平台,为工业与嵌入式控制应用提供所需的高性能与高可靠性以及自定制的灵活性。CompactRIO嵌入式系统包含采用 PowerPC 处理器,具有 10/100M 网口、串口、USB 口等多种接口,可方便的组成分布式系统。内置 Labview 功能有千余种,可用于创建多线程嵌入式系统,使之具有实时控制、分析、数据记录和通信等功能。 本文首先以纵联电流差动保护,距离保护为重点分析了输电线路保护的基本原理。然后基于 NI CRIO 平台,使用 NI CRIO 平台进行硬件分析,对输电线路的运行信息进行了采集和分析。并且运用模块化的思想,利用 Labview 编写了输电线路保护模拟装置的软件设计,模拟智能变电站线路保护装置的基本功能。实现了纵联电流差动保护,距离保护,自动重合闸,TV断线告警,振荡闭锁等功能,最后对该模拟装置的基本逻辑功能进行了简单检测。60992

Title Design of Line Protection Simulative Device for Intelligent Substation Based on CRIO Platform
Abstract Line protection is an important component part of the safe and stable operation of electric power system. The relay protection is one of the most important secondary equipments to insure the safety and stability of the power system. The basic task of the relay protection is that it cuts off the fault elements quickly and selectively in the power system. So that it can ensure the fault components protected and no other fault section quickly returned to normal operation. The relay protection also can show abnormal running state of electric power system, and trip the circuit breakers or send signals. So the effect of relay protection in power system operation is very important. Digitization of data acquisition, information exchange network is the main character for the secondary equipment of intelligent substation. Compared with conventional substation, the improvement of intelligent substation secondary circuit is significant, and is a principle nature. So that, we need design substation protection devices for the intelligent substation, as the traditional protection device data transfer mode is broken with the face of new secondary circuit. Compact RIO is an embedded control and data acquisition hardware platform. It provides the high performance, high reliability and the flexibility of custom for industrial and embedded control applications. Compact RIO embedded system consists of PowerPC processor, and 10/100M interfaces such as network port, serial port, USB port and so on. So that distributed system can be realized easily. The built-in Labview which can be used to create multi-threaded embedded system has more than 1000 kinds of functions. It has real-time control, analysis, data recording and communication function. This paper analyzes the basic principle of the transmission line protection, focus on the analysis of the current differential protection and distance protection. Based on NI CRIO platform and using NI CRIO platform to do hardware analysis. Based on current differential and distance protection, this paper analyzes the basic principle of the transmission line protection. Based on NI CRIO platform we use NI CRIO platform to do hardware analysis and then collected and analyze the running information of the transmission line. Then we use the idea of modular design and the software named Labview to design the program of electric transmission line protector analog device to simulating the basic functions of electric transmission line protector of intelligent substation. We then realize the functions of the longitudinal differential current protection, distance protection, auto reclosing, TV disconnection alarm, power swing blocking and soon. At last, we simple detected the basic logic functions of the simulator.
