摘要:传统的静电除尘器已经难以满足日趋严格的环保标准,静电除尘器高频电源可以提高静电除尘器除尘率,提高电源效率,降低电源耗电量以及减小除尘器电源体积和重量。可以看出高频静电除尘器很多方面都优于普通静电除尘器,所以研究静电除尘器的高频电源对于未来的工业除尘具有很重大的意义。本文详细介绍了一种基于三相交流调压电路的高压直流静电除尘电源,主要包括三相交流调压电路、三相硅整流变压器、静电除尘反应器、控制系统、控制电路电源及晶闸管触发脉冲电路,并设计了一种基于DSP的静电除尘电源控制系统,该控制系统采用16位高性能DSP TMS320LF2407作为核心控制单元,对高压直流静电除尘电源工作状态和电压、电流参数进行采样。 67555

Abstract: Conventional electrostatic precipitator has been difficult to meet the increasingly stringent environmental standards, high frequency power supply can be improved electrostatic precipitator electrostatic precipitator dust rate, improve power efficiency, reducing power consumption and reduce the size and weight of ESP power source. You can see a lot of high frequency electrostatic precipitators are superior to ordinary electrostatic precipitator, the study of high-frequency power supply electrostatic precipitator has very great significance for the future of industrial dust. This paper describes a three-phase AC voltage regulator circuit based on high voltage DC power supply electrostatic dust, including the three-phase AC voltage regulator circuit, three-phase silicon rectifier transformer, electrostatic precipitator reactor control system, power supply and control circuit thyristor trigger pulse circuit, and we designed a DSP-based power supply electrostatic dust control systems, the control system uses 16-bit high-performance DSP TMS320LF2407 as the core control unit, high-voltage direct current power supply status and electrostatic precipitator voltage and current parameters sampled.
