摘要龙门刨床主要用于大型工件的刨削,是各大机床加工厂中常见的设备,是工业生产中不可或缺的工业母机。过去的龙门刨床的电气控制系统生产加工精度低、调速性能差、故障率高、维护难度大,现在随着可编程控制器技术的不断进步,用PLC设计电气控制系统既简单又可靠,是一种不错的方法。70311
本设计中,分析了龙门刨床电气控制系统的工作原理与工作过程,为了实现龙门刨床的无极调速,将变频器与PLC相结合,运用到龙门刨床的电气系统中,设计了用PLC技术改造传统龙门刨控制系统的改造方案,设计了控制系统的硬件配置、输入/输出点的分配和软件编程的设计流程,设计了主要的PLC控制程序,实现了对龙门刨床电气控制系统的改造。实践表明,该系统结构简单、功能强大、操作起来也更方便;同时通过PLC程序控制,节省了人力,减少了继电器元件损耗,减小了维护工作量,相较原系统,其经济性、可靠性及自动化程度都有了较大的提高。

Design the Electric Control System of Planers Based on PLC and Inverter
Abstract Gantry planer is mainly used for large parts of the planing.It is common in the machine tool factory equipment.It is an integral part of the industrial production of industrial tools. The past control system of gantry planer has low speed, poor performance, high failure rate and difficult maintance. Now with the continuous development of programmable logic controller technology, the design of electrical control system with PLC is a simple and feasible method.
This design analyzed the working principle and working process of electric control system of gantry planer, In order to realize the stepless speed regulation of gantry planer, the combination of PLC and frequency converter, Use to the planer electrical system, the design method of using PLC technology transformation of traditional planer control system , design the control system hardware configuration ,input / output allocation and software programming of the design process. The design of the main PLC control procedures, to achieve thetransformation of the electrical control system of gantry planer. The practice shows that the system is simple in structure, strong in function and more convenient in operation; at the same time through the PLC program control, saving manpower,reducing the relay component loss, reducing the maintenance workload, compared to the original system,it’s economy,reliability and automation have been greatly improved.
