    摘 要现如今,随着科学技术的飞速发展,我们的工业生产以及生活越来越离不开自动化,水库液位的测控也一直是我们关注的重中之重。要准确及时的掌握水库液位信息、确保水库安全,一直是一项难题。液位的测量与控制不仅仅和我们的生产生活息息相关,还会影响到其他工业方面的控制与稳定。不仅如此,水位还是用来衡量水库安全的重要参数之一,同时,液位的自动测控为水库的现代化建设提供了有利的基础条件。70412

    本文设计了以单片机为核心的液位自动测控系统,单片机控制具有稳定性好、功能强大、精度高等一系列的优点,所以在当前的液位测控应用中得到了广泛的认可,这样不但提高了系统的可靠性,保证了工作人员的安全性,而且对于我们的生活已经工业生产都有非常大的实用价值。 

    本文首先通过研究超声波传感器来采集水库液面高度的信息,并传输给功能强大的单片机控制核心,单片机处理数据,然后通过对液面高度变化的显示可以得知流量变化的情况和到库区液位极限值的时间,将信息传输给执行机构。

        本设计的水库液位测控系统,采用了非直接接触的超声波传感器测量水位,具有方向性好、稳定性好、可靠性高等优点,不仅测量精准,而且方便工作人员进行操作,可以广泛应用于各种水库液位的监测。本设计系统既实现了对水库水位的测量,又实现了水位的控制。因此,本设计具有十分重要的研究意义。

    Reservoir Level Automatic Measurement and Control System Design

      Abstract Nowadays, with the rapid development of science and technology, our industrial production and life increasingly dependent on the automation, the reservoir of liquid level’s measurement and control also  has been our most important concern. It is a diffcult problen that we must give an accurate and timely grasp the reservoir level formation and ensure the safety of the reservoir. Liquid level measurement and control is not only connected with our production and living, but also affect the control and stability of other industrial areas. Not only that, one of the important parameters of water level is used to measure the safety of the reservoir, and the liquid level of the automatic monitoring and control provide favorrable basic conditions for the modernization of the reservoir.

    This paper introduces the liquid level automatic measurement and control system with the single chip processor as the core. Single-chip microcomputer control has good stability, powerful function and high precision of a series of advantages. So it has been widely recognized in the current application of liquid level measurement and control, it will not only improve the reliability of the system, ensure the safety of the staff, but also have great practical value for our life in industrial production.

    This article through studies the ultrasonic sensors to collect the reservoir fluid level of information, and transfers to the powerful function of single chip microcomputer as control core, single-chip processing data, through the liquid surface height change shows that flow change situation and to the reservoir level limit of time, and then transfer the information to the actuator.

    The design of the reservoir level monitoring system that uses a non-direct contact ultrasonic sensors measure the water level. It has good directional, good stability, high reliability and so on. Not only accurate measurement, and facilitate staff to operate, can be widely used in a variety of reservoir fluid level monitoring. The system is designed not only to achieve a measurement of the water level in the reservoir, but also to achieve a level of control. Therefore, this study design has great significance.
