摘 要：我国新闻媒体作为党和人民的喉舌，在沟通社情民意、引导社会舆论、促进社会发展等发面发挥着重要的作用。然而在社会转型的关键时期，屡次出现媒体社会责任缺失的现象。2013年开展的“我是建设者”大讨论活动，引发了社会各界对新闻媒体及其从业人员所担负的职责使命的深思。通过分析“我是建设者”大讨论开展的重要意义和大讨论教育下媒体自身存在的社会责任缺失的现象，探讨大讨论活动开展的不足，旨在提出加强媒体责任意识、发挥媒体建设性功能的建议。10461

On the Big Discussion of “I am a builder” and Media Social Responsibility
Abstract: As the mouthpiece of the party and the people, the news media play an important role in communicating the public opinion, guiding public opinion and promoting social development etc. in our country. However, in the critical period of social transformation, they often appear the phenomenon of lacking of social responsibility. The big discussion of "I am a builder”, which was carried out in 2013, led the people from all walks of life into contemplation of the responsibilities and missions between the news media and their practitioners. Through analyzing the significance of launching the big discussion of "I am a builder" and the phenomenon of lacking of social responsibility existing in the media themselves under the big discussion education, this paper discusses the shortage of the big discussion activities, aiming at putting forward proposals to strengthen the responsibility consciousness of media and play media’s constructive function.

浅析“我是建设者”大讨论与媒体社会责任
十八大报告指出，我国现阶段的总任务是要全面建成小康社会，努力构建社会主义和谐社会，实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。和谐社会的构建，需要新闻媒体创造和谐的发展环境。但是当前新闻媒体自身存在着有偿新闻、虚假新闻、断头新闻等责任缺失现象，违背了构建和谐社会的要求。媒体及媒体工作人员社会责任的缺失，使社会舆论导向出现偏差，损害了公众的知情权和媒体的公信力。因此，加强媒体的责任意识，发挥媒体在社会主义现代化建设中的正能量势在必行。新闻战线开展“我是建设者”大讨论，强调新闻媒体要增强社会责任意识，这有助于我国新闻事业的健康发展，并能够为我国社会经济的发展和中国梦的实现营造良好的舆论环境。 浅析“我是建设者”大讨论与媒体社会责任:http://www.751com.cn/xinwen/lunwen_9525.html
