Squire Bennet had five daughters. Mrs. Bennet hoped that her daughters could marry good guys. The new neighbors Bentley was a wealthy bachelor. He immediately became Mrs. Bennet’s hunting target. At a party, Bentley fell in love with Jane, the elder sister of Bennet’s family. Mrs. Bennet was very happy.
Bentley’s friend Darcy also came to the ball. He was very rich, noble and dignified. Many girls were attracted by him. However, he was so proud that he thought that they are not good enough to be his partners, including Jane's sister Elizabeth. Darcy said to Bentley that the appearance of her (Elizabeth) was “tolerant”, but not to his liking. Elizabeth was very arrogant, so she decided to ignore this arrogant guy. But soon, Darcy was attracted by her because of her lovely manners. In another party, he asked her to dance with him initiatively. Elizabeth danced with Darcy and he was attracted by Elizabeth and then the two fell in love with each other.
