2.1 The Definition of Information gap in broad and narrow sense

In a broad sense, information gap refers to the difference of people command over information. People’s language activities, which are used to deliver and exchange information, are taken place, due to the difference. The way of information delivered and exchanged is what called “communication”. Using communication, people try to narrow and sometimes fill the gap to balance the information they have, so that they can achieve the goal of communication.
