摘要：随着南通滨海园区新城建设的快速推进和行政商务区的启动建设，使位于南部新城（近期建设区）核心的人工湖区域成为新城形象展示的窗口区，新城环境打造的先行区。为满足新城形象展示和景观建设需要，增强城市生态功能，提升周边土地价值，现根据园区整合规划、新城概念规划和行政商务区城市设计暨控规的要求，决定启动人工湖区域景观设计。5999
此次人工湖区域景观规划设计采取的是实地调查与分析的方法，了解已有的基地现状情况，明确此次规划方向及需要面临的问题；通过查阅相关文献资料，充分了解当地环境气候特点，做出正确的规划构想。通过这种理论与实践相结合的科学研究方法，结合当地环境进行针对性改造与生态修复，通过景观规划设计，把人工湖区域打造成展示新城形象、城市精神的重要区域，以满足新城形象展示和景观建设需要，增强城市生态功能。

Abstract：With the rapid advance of Nantong Binhai Park Metro construction and administrative business district starting to build, make the southern Metro (recent construction) the core artificial lake region to be the Metro image display window  and the first area to develop The Metro environment. In order to meet the need of landscape construction and display The Metro image , Improve the city's ecological functions, and enhance the value of surrounding land. In accordance with the integration of park planning, the Metro concept of planning and administrative business district urban design of control regulations requirements, we decided to start artificial lake regional landscape design.
This landscape planning and design adopted the method of sitesurvey and analysis methods, learn the existing base status, and clear the planning direction and the problems will faced by. By inspect to relevant documents, to learn the characteristics of the local environment and climate, make the right planning concept. By this theory and practice of combining scientific research method, combined the local environmental and the targeted transformation and ecological restoration.By landscape planning and design, artificial lake area will playing as the area of showing the Metro image of the spirit of the city, and meet the needs of the Metro image display and landscape construction, improve the city's ecological functions.
