摘要：本文是在对研发园区配套服务中心相关建筑大量参考、学习的基础上，总结了一些关于研发园区配套服务中心设计的基本方法和空间布置原则。并将这些建筑语汇与设计手法规律运用在自己的毕业设计中。从而创造出创新的、科学的、又富有自己设计理念的配套服务中心设计，本案设计注重建筑空间体量的整体感以及使用的舒适性，当然还有简约的建筑界面效果。总之，本案设计初衷就是营造舒适服务空间、设计理念就是定格简约的美。如果可以用一段文字抒写本案的话，我宁愿这句话是：设计简约、简约设计。37175

1  引言：本案概述
1.1  区位
本项目位于山东省寿光市，按照任务书要求，本设计为蔬菜种业研发园区公共配套服务中心建筑设计。
山东寿光市地理、文化、气候等简介。该市地处山东北部平原区，片区内有小清河、黄济青水渠、弥河、丹河等一共16条季节性的河流与湖泊，相对北部富饶、滩涂广阔。全年平均气温13.2摄氏度，全年降水量708.4毫米，矿产资源非常丰富，有煤炭、沙石、石油等矿藏资源。同时，寿光市还拥有全国最大的蔬菜批发与集散中心市场。山东境内拥有益羊、济青高速公路，还有多处文化遗址，比如：王龙山文化城堡、纪国故城遗址、呙宋台遗址、烈士陵园等。
