摘要磺胺嘧啶是一种光谱抗生素，具有较强的抗菌效果，有近70年的应用历史，对其合理应用有细致了解。但磺胺嘧啶在长期光照下会变暗，对胃肠道有刺激性，故本实验中将磺胺嘧啶制备为胶囊剂，达到避光和保护胃肠道的作用，且制备为胶囊剂后，利于口服，其内容物为颗粒，更利于药物的释放与吸收，生物利用度较高。本实验研究对磺胺嘧啶胶囊剂制备工艺、质量标准及其稳定性进行系统研究。19789

Title Pharmaceutical research of sulfadiazine capsules
Abstract
Sulfadiazine is a broad spectrum antibiotic, and the antibacterial effect is strong, with nearly 70 years of application history, there is a reasonable and detail understanding of their application. But in light for a long time, sulfadiazine will become dim. And because of its irritation to gastrointestinal tract, we use capsule as the dosage form in the preparation of sulfadiazine, first to protect it from light and second to protect the gastrointestinal tract. The capsule is beneficial to oral. Due to its particulate content, the capsule is more conducive to the release and absorption and of the sulfadiazine, and has a higher bioavailability. In this experiment, we probe into the preparation process, the stability and quality standards of sulfadiazine capsules.

1 绪论
磺胺药已经在临床上应用将近70年，其在治疗由细菌感染引起的疾病上有较好疗效，近10余年来各种抗生素被研制，使磺胺药在临床上应用受到了一定限制。而高效、速效和长效而副作用较少的磺胺类品种不断出现，而更重要的是抗菌增效剂的出现，使磺胺药的抗菌作用大大增强，且其抗菌和治疗范围也有增广。目前市场上出现的大多为磺胺嘧啶的盐类化合物制成的片剂与软膏剂，而使用用胶囊剂可以保护药剂免受肠胃等腐蚀，提高药物的稳定性，相对于片剂而言胶囊剂内容物是以粉末或者颗粒的形式存在，在肠胃中能迅速的溶出分散，即生物利用度较高。 磺胺嘧啶胶囊剂药剂学研究:http://www.751com.cn/yixue/lunwen_11305.html
