摘要图像拼接技术是指将两幅或者多幅来自同一场合的具有部分重叠区域的图像合成为一幅大尺寸,大视角的图像。图像拼接技术帮助突破镜头拍摄角度的局限性,因此在遥感图像处理、医学图像分析、绘图学、计算机视觉、视频监控等领域被广泛应用,是当前图像处理的一个重要内容。本文从理论研究入手,逐步了解图像拼接算法的原理、特性以及其在各个领域的应用现状,总结各种算法的优点及其不足。在对比了多种角点检测算法后,本文提出了一种改进的harris角点检测算法,针对经典harris角点检测算法中存在的一些问题,例如检测时间慢,提取的角点仅为像素级等等。并提出了一种基于改进 Harris 角点检测的多层匹配的图像拼接算法。该算法运用逐级匹配的方法,首先采取标准互相关法对 Harris 角点进行粗略匹配,之后根据特征点周围的边缘信息过滤伪匹配点,再用 RANSAC 进行精确匹配,最后用最小距离进行加权融合,得到一幅完整的拼接图像。27264

Title Research On Image Mosaic Technology
Abstract
Image mosaic refers to two or more images from the same scene with some overlapping image synthesis for a large size image with large viewing angle. Image stitching technology can break through the limitations of the camera angle, so it is widely used in remote sensing image processing, medical image analysis, graphics, computer vision,video surveillance, virtual reality and super resolution reconstruction and other fields, is an important content of the current image processing. This paper starts from the theoretical researches, gradually understand the image mosaic algorithm principle, characteristics and its application in various fields, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms. In contrast to a variety of corner detection algorithm, this paper proposes an improved Harris corner detection algorithm, to solve the detection time of classical Harris corner detection algorithm in the slow, corner extraction is only the pixel level etc. And put forward a kind of image mosaic algorithm of multilayer improved Harris corner detectionbased on matching. The algorithm uses the sequential matching method, first uses standardcross-correlation method of Harris corner matching, according to the edge information filteringfalse matching points around the feature points, the precise matching with RANSAC, theminimum distance weighted fusion, get a complete picture of the mosaic image.
