弹丸挤进过程是一个高速冲击、大变形、带过盈配合的接触问题。针对这一复杂问题做了以下工作:a)为了弄清内弹道挤进过程中弹、炮的相互接触作用过程,对弹丸挤进过程的物理模型进行了简化,并通过修正系数修正各处简化的影响;b)研究了刚塑性弹带材料模型下的弹丸挤进过程,得到了挤进过程的接触应力函数表达式,为内弹道数值仿真提供了理论基础,编程计算得到了挤进阻力数值解,并分析了内弹道挤进过程的影响因素;c)弱化了弹带材料的假设条件,研究了弹塑性强化弹带材料模型下的挤进过程,结合固体力学知识,运用有限元理论,编制了接触力计算的有限元方法程序,对内弹道挤进过程进行了数值仿真,并分析了材料力学性能参数对弹丸挤进过程的影响。 关键词 挤进过程 内弹道 接触 非线性 有限元 数值仿真7480
Title Interior Ballistic Model Establishment and Numerical Analysis of the Engraving Process
Abstract
The engraving process of projectile is a high impact, large deformation,
with interference fit contact problem.In view of this complex problem
the following work was done. a)In order to understand the interior
ballistic engraving process .The physical model of engraving process of
projectile was simplified. b) Engraving process with plastic band
material model was studied, and the contact stress expression was
got ,which provides interior ballistic numerical simulation with a
theoretical basis, programming calculated engraving resistance
numerical solutions, and the factors that influence interior ballistic
engraving process was studied. c) Weakening the band material
hypothesis, engraving process of projectile with elastic-plastic
hardening elastic material band has been studied. Combined with the solid
mechanics theory, using the finite element method,the interior ballistic
engraving process was numerically simulated, and the effect of the
mechanical parameters of material properties on the engraving process
was studied.
