电子秤的设计体系中融入了智能化,人性化,自动化。AT89S52是设计主要芯片,系统电路板通过称重电路,显示电路,报警电路,键盘电路4部分电路组成,进一步完成自动称重的各类控制的功效。
本文设计的电子称是利用单片机为核心,软件设计是以汇编语言开展的。利用传感器测量信号,采用仪表放大器放大信号,通过A/D转换器转换信号传送给CPU控制系统,通过LCD显示数据,键盘用来输入操作命令,报警系统可以预防超过重量从而损坏电子称。基本上完成了电子秤的称重功能。拥有使用便捷,清晰,测量精确,成本比较低等特点。顺应了当今社会进步的需求。
