摘要多功能生物培养箱通过改变光照、温度、湿度等条件满足植物、微生物、病毒等的生长需求,本文从硬件及软件两个方面设计了培养箱监控系统。通过温度、湿度、光照强度等传感器,利用S7-200可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)实现对相关参数进行采样、数据处理、与系统设定极限值进行比较,通过逻辑控制实现自动监控。实现网络化通信,便于研究人员远程掌握箱内控制参数变化及工作状况。选用经济、合适的元器件,构建了适用的原理性监控电路。编制培养箱监控系统中PLC的控制程序,并进行调试,实现了满足要求的系统功能。9986

Title Design of multi-functional bio-incubator monitor-control system based on PLC
Abstract
Multifunctional biological incubator can meet the needs of plants growing by changing the conditions that have Influence on biotechnology, microbiology, genetic,or viruse. Based on the functional requirements of the monitor-control system, two aspects -- the hardware and software system solutions are analyzed and designed. S7-200 PLC can achieve samples of relevant environmental parameters by temperature, humidity and light intensity sensors, deal with the data ,compare the parameters with limited data set by system ,also can auto-monitor- control the system by the logical control function, and also the system has good functional scalability 。Networked communication monitor—Control System facilitates researchers in remote areas to grasp the controled parameter changes and video conditions inside.
Selecting the economic and appropriate components to construct the elemental circuit. Programming the controling procedures of the PLC adopted in the multi-functional bio-incubator monitor-control system, debugging, and meeting the requirements of the system.
