摘要石墨烯作为一种新型材料被科学家所发现,发展前景十分广阔,尤其是在电学,热学,光学等领域有着重大的研究意义。而如何对石墨烯复合材料的形态进行有效的控制并改善其综合性能,是目前研究的重点。24727
本文以鳞片石墨为原料,采用改进Hummers法制备氧化石墨薄膜。将硝酸银溶液以不同方式掺入氧化石墨烯溶液中,并通过热处理还原及以氢碘酸为还原剂还原氧化石墨烯薄膜的方式,还原氧化石墨中的硝酸银的银离子,制备银/石墨烯复合材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、拉曼光谱、红外谱图、原子力显微镜对制得的银/石墨烯复合材料进行表征,并对复合材料的导热性能进行分析。得到如下结论:
(1)石墨烯复合薄膜的导热性与其层间距、有序度、片层大小有很大关系。
(2)热处理还原的温度对薄膜的层间距增大起到了一定作用,银的掺杂可以在石墨烯薄膜的层与层之间起到一个联接的作用,使导热性得到一定的改善。

Abstract
Graphene , new kind of material be founded by scientists ,has vast vield of development, especially in electrical, thermal, optical fields. What is the most important research part is that how to control the form of graphene composite material efficiently at present.
In this paper, with natural graphite filler, through the use of Hummers oxidation of improved preparation in preparing graphite oxide films .Mixed the silver nitrate liquor
into graphene oxide in different ways,and through the heat treatment or with hydroiodic acid reducing agent reduction way of graphene oxide film,to reduct the silver ions in silver nitrate from graphite oxide,making silver/ graphite composite materials. Using the characterization methods of SEM, XRD ,Raman, FT-IR and AFM on the morphology of the silver/ graphite film samples and the microstructures were characterized,and analyze the performance of thermal conductivity of composite materials.The main conclusions follows:
(1). The thermal conductivity of the graphene oxide composite films is related to layer spacing, degree of order and sheet size.
(2).The temperature of the heat treatment has played role in increasing slice gap between the flims.with the mixure of silver ions,which could help to connect slices of graphene oxide films, and improve its thermal conductivity.
