摘要金属层状复合材料是由两层或两层以上不同性能的金属复合而成的。金属层状复合材料具有较高的强度、耐腐蚀性和良好的导电、导热等综合性能,因而在航天、化工、汽车以及日常生活用品等领域得到了广泛的应用。28249
前期研究表明,本课题组提出的剧烈塑性变形方法:管状材料高压切变方法(t-HPS)有望用于双金属多层复合管的制备。根据t-HPS方法的切变特点,我们推断用该工艺制备双金属复合管材时,两种金属间的界面所占的比重会不断增大,我们称之为“界面倍增”现象。作为对这一猜想的初步实验研究,以纯铅和纯锡为模型材料加工双金属管,分别对样品进行不同旋转角度的t-HPS实验,并对得到的复合管进行了白光共聚焦分析,扫描电子显微镜分析,背散射电子衍射分析,显微文氏硬度实验,并分析了加工过程中的组织演变。研究结果表明界面达到良好的冶金结合,这种方法和累积轧制复合(ARB)工艺相比有显著差异,实验证明了t-HPS是一种可以用于制备双金属多层复合管的新方法。

Title The Experimental study of Laminated Bimetallic Composites Fabricated by Tube High-pressure Shearing with Interfaces Multiplication
Abstract
Laminated bimetallic composites(LMCs) is composed of two layers or more than two layers of different properties of the metal.LMCs has high strength,corrosion resistance,good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and other comprehensive performance. Therefore LMCs has been widely used in aerospace,chemical industry, automobile,daily necessities and other fields.
Previous studies show that tube-high pressure shearing (t-HPS),a severe plastic deformation method proposed by our research group,is expected to be used for preparation of bimetallic multilayered composite tube. According to the shear characteristics of t-HPS method, we infer that during the preparation of bimetallic multilayered composite tube produced by the process, the ratio of the interface between the two kinds of metal will continue to increase, we call it "interfaces multiplication" phenomenon. As a preliminary experimental study on this conjecture, pure lead and pure tin are used for modeling material, the experiment is conducted with different angles of rotation. White light confocal analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis, back scattered electron diffraction analysis, micro Vickers hardness test are carried out for the composite tube, and the process of microstructure evolution is analysed. Research results show that good metallurgical bonding interface is reached, this method has significant differences compared with accumulative roll bonding (ARB) method, experiments prove that the t-HPS can be used for a new method for preparation of bimetallic multilayer composite tube.
