摘要: 本实验采用溶液混合法制备了氧化石墨烯与苯基硅橡胶纳米复合材料,并用KH550硅烷偶联剂对氧化石墨烯改性。对所得复合材料的性能进行研究。用傅里叶红外分析获得样品结构,用2W型阿贝折射仪进行折射率测试,ZC36型紫外可见光光度计进行透光率测试,使用ZC36型绝缘测试用高阻计对样品的电阻率进行测试,用QBG-3型高频Q表进行介电性能测试,在SUN500型万能电子拉伸试验机上进行拉伸试验,使用硬度计对叠放样品做硬度测试。对所得数据分析,得到了复合材料光、电、力学性能。氧化石墨烯的添加,提升了复合材料各项性能,但也导致了透射率降低。在添加含量达0.02%时,仅体积电阻达到最大值;在0.04%处,介电常数达到8.24,拉伸性能综合最优;在0.05%时,折射率达到最大值1.4443;在0.06%时,硬度达到25。氧化石墨烯对硅橡胶电学与力学性能有明显提升,对光学性能影响不大,反而有所下降。29436

Study on the properties of graphene oxide modified phenyl silicone rubber
Abstract: This experiment prepared graphene oxide modified phenyl silicone rubber nanocomposites by solution mixing, and modified graphene oxide with silane coupling agent KH550.Study the performance of the obtained composite materials.Study the sample structure by Fourier Infrared Analysis.Use 2W Abbe Refractometer for refractive index test.Use ZC36 Ultraviolet-visible Spectrophotometer test transmittance.Use ZC36 Type Insulation Test High Resistance Meter testing sample resistivity.Use High Frequency QBG - 3 Type Q Meter test dielectric properties.Use the SUN500 Universal Electronic Tensile Testing Machine test the sample.Hardness tester was used to test the sample hardness.Analyze the data, get the mechanics, optics, electricity performance of the composite material.The addition of Graphene oxide enhanced various performance of composite material, but also results in the decrease of the transmittance.When adding content of 0.02%, only volume resistance reach maximum;At 0.04%, the dielectric constant is 8.24, the comprehensive tensile properties become optimal ;At 0.05%,the refractive index reached 1.4443;At 0.06%, the hardness become 25.Graphene oxide significantly improved the electrical and mechanical properties of sisilicone rubber,but have little influence on the performance of optical, instead of dropped.
