摘要:硫氧镁胶凝材料具有质量轻、体积稳定性好、抗折强度高、耐火、保温隔热等一系列优异性能且在耐水性、环保性以及对钢筋无锈蚀、可有效抑制泛霜等方面都优于氯氧镁胶凝材料,在制作装饰、装修材料上更具有优势。本实验是以MgO 与MgSO4为原料,通过混合搅拌制成硫氧镁胶凝材料。并研究了温度、硫氧镁溶液浓度等因素对硫氧镁胶凝材料强度的影响,采用 XRD 和 SEM 研究样品物相组成和显微结构。研究结果显示,复盐相具有良好的密实度,控制温度在20-25℃ ,养护龄期在 7d 左右,对提高硫氧镁胶凝材料强度有利。本研究为加大硫氧镁胶凝材料推广使用做了有益的探索。 9580

New magnesium oxysulfate cementitious material
Abstract:Thioredoxin magnesium cementitious material possesses a series of the
excellent properties, such as light weight, volume stability, flexural strength, fire
resistance and thermal insulation. Its performance is superior to Magnesium
Oxychloride Cement in water-resistance, environmental protection and non-corrosion
to concrete iron and inhibition the pan-cream, especially when it is used in the
production of decorative and decoration materials. The thioredoxin magnesium
cementitious material were prepared through mixing and stirring with MgO and
MgSO4 used as raw material The effects of temperature, concentration of
magnesium sulfate on strength of magnesium oxysulfate cementitious materials were
studied. XRD and SEM were used to investigate the phase composition and
morphology observation. The results show complex salt has good density. It is benefit
to improve the strength of magnesium oxysulfate cementitious material when the
temperature is at 20-25 ℃ and the curing period is 7d. The present work makes the
beneficial exploration to increase the use of magnesium oxysulfate cementitious
