摘要 在溶剂萃取过程中,随着萃余液循环使用,以夹带、溶解等方式流失到萃余液中的有机物会进入到生物浸出环境,从而对微生物浸矿过程产生影响。本文通过模拟 LIX984N浓度为 5%和 10%的有机物污染过程,考察细菌、培养基不同的受染方式下 A.t菌的生长、在黄铜矿表面的吸附规律以及浸矿过程。结果显示,在有机物污染下A.t菌的生长受到抑制,随着 LIX984N浓度的增加,抑制作用加强,A.t 菌在有机物不同污染方式下活性降低的趋势为(活性由大到小排序):纯培养>只有细菌受染>只有培养基受染>培养基与细菌均受染。在吸附过程中,受到有机物不同方式污染时A.t 菌在黄铜矿表面的吸附率均高于细菌与培养基均未受污染的吸附率,随着有机物浓度的升高吸附率升高,而达到吸附平衡的时间也相应的减少,其中,只是培养基受污染时吸附率最高为 72.18%,达到吸附平衡的时间也最短为 11min,细菌与培养基均未受染的吸附率最低为 43.36%,达到吸附平衡的时间也最长为 20min。 36039
