摘要:近年来随着发光材料的的发展以及各种先进荧光检测技术和仪器的应用,荧光材料已经开始成功地应用到高灵敏度的生物检测和生物成像等领域。针对这一情况,本论文采用水热法制备KY3F10纳米发光材料,对其发光性质进行了研究。 采用水热法在210℃下合成了 KY3F10纳米荧光粉,制备了不同浓度的 Sm3+,Tb3+稀土离子以及 Sm3+和 Tb3+共同掺杂的荧光粉。X 射线衍射(XRD),结果表明合成的样品均为纯KY3F10。光致发光(PL)光谱测试表明,成功合成了可以发绿光,红光和橙光的荧光粉。36041

Preparation and properties of rare earth dopedfluoride powders
Abstract :In recent years with luminescent materials development and application of variousadvanced fluorescence detection techniques and instruments, fluorescent material has begun tosuccessfully applied to high sensitivity of detection of biological and bio imaging field. In viewof this, hydrothermal synthesis of KY3F10 nanometer luminescent materials is used in thisthesis, and the luminescent properties of the luminescent materials are studied.. 16h nano -phosphors were synthesized by hydrothermal method at 210, KY3F10,, Sm3+, Tb3+ rare earthion and Sm3+, Tb3+, and the co - doped phosphors were prepared.. X ray diffraction (XRD)was used to analyze the samples, the results showed that the samples were pure KY3F10.Photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the tests show that, we successfully synthesized thefluorescent powder of green, red and orange
