摘要:本文以A1-Cu-Mg系硬铝合金2024和211Z铝合金为研究对象,研究了顶端淬火的梯度组织的测量及残余应力分析。采用本文提出的金属材料相变测量的新方法,比容差法,来测量顶端淬火过程中从水冷端到空冷端比容的变化,铝合金的热处理方式为固溶和时效。通过测量比容、硬度、XRD和残余应力来验证比容差法的有效性。实验结果表明,2024铝合金的较佳顶端淬火温度为500℃,顶端淬火条件下处理的试样和时效条件下处理的试样,其力学性能的变化与比容差法所得的实验结果吻合,证明了比容差法在研究相变时的有效性。 52808

The Measurement and residual stress analysis of the gradient structure of the top quenching
Abstract: The A1-Cu-Mg Department of duralumin alloy 2024 and 211Z aluminum alloy as the research object of top quenching of the gradient structure of measurement and analysis of residual stress. Using a new method of this metal phase change materials measurement volume method to measure the end quenching process in water from the cold end to air cooling end volume changes, the aluminum alloy heat treatment method for solid solution and aging. By measuring the specific volume, hardness, residual stress and XRD to verify the validity of the specific volume difference method. The experimental results show that the 2024 aluminium alloy is better at the top of the quenching temperature of 500℃, sample treated under top quenching treatment of specimen and aging conditions, change and volume method proceeds on the mechanical properties of the experimental results prove the volume method in the study of phase transformation is effective.
