摘要本文成功制备了一种加工性能很好的低温可挤注的高分子复合材料,此复合材料由共聚物树脂、耐烧蚀填料、增塑剂等添加剂共混后挤出制得。此复合材料的制备包括:一、复合材料专用树脂的制备,该专用树脂为悬浮聚合法制备的甲基丙烯酸丁酯-苯乙烯共聚物。二、甲基硅树脂、核-壳结构硅橡胶的制备,其中甲基硅树脂由甲基三甲氧基硅烷经水解缩聚法制得,核-壳硅橡胶则用乳液聚合法制备而得。三、将共聚物树脂与甲基硅树脂、核-壳结构硅橡胶及其他添加剂进行共混,对共混料进行挤出、注塑成型,并测定其力学性能、热稳定性和低温加工性能。63623

Title  Polymer composites that can be extruded and injected  at low temperature                      

Abstract

This study prepared a kind of polymer composites. The composite material has good processing performance and can be extruded and injected at low temperature. This polymer composite material obtained by extrusion a mixture which consiste of copolymer resin, ablation resistance fillers, plasticizers and other additives. The preparation of the composite material includes: First, preparation of the special resin for the composite materials, the special resin is butyl methacrylate/styrene copolymer obtained by suspension polymerization method. Second, the preparation of methyl silicone resin and silicone rubber of core-shell structure. Methyl silicone resin prepared by Methyl trimethyl silane via hydrolytic condensation while emulsion polymerization method was used to prepare silicone rubber of core-shell structure. Third, the copolymer was blended with silicone rubber of core-shell structure, methyl silicone resin and other additives, then extruded and injected the mixture. Test its mechanical properties, thermal stability and processing performance at low temperature.
