摘要普通金属基镀层不具有润滑特性,在镀层中复合固体润滑剂可在摩擦过程中释放润滑剂而具有低摩擦特性。本文通过在镍镀层内添加CeO2颗粒制备镍基复合镀层,研究了微粒的添加量、电镀正负向电流大小等参数对镀层性能的影响,探讨了镀层摩擦系数和磨损率随微粒添加量、载荷的变化规律。64032
结果表明,加入CeO2颗粒后得到的镀层与基体之间结合较好;复合镀层的摩擦系数随镀液中CeO2颗粒添加量(g/L)增加而先降低后升高,而磨损率随CeO2颗粒添加量增大而升高;复合镀层的摩擦系数随正向电流的增加而摩擦系数增大。

Title CeO2 particles size and adding quantity on nickel-based composite coating tribological performance impact
Abstract Common metal coatings do not have lubrication characteristics. The solid lubricant in composite coating can be released in friction process and endow it low friction properties. This article by adding the CeO2 particles in nickel plating in the preparation of nickel-based composite coatings, the particle content and plating parameters such as positive and negative to the current size of the effect on the properties of coating, coating friction coefficient and wear rate are discussed along with the particle content, the change rule of the payload.
The results show that the addition of CeO2 particles obtained after binding between the coating and the substrate is preferably ; composite coating bath friction coefficient of CeO2 particles are added amount (g / L) increased first and then decreased , and the wear rate with CeO2 particles increasing the amount added is raised ; composite coating with the friction coefficient of the forward current increases and the friction coefficient increases .

1 引言
