摘要普通金属基镀层不具有润滑特性,在镀层中复合固体润滑剂可在摩擦过程中释放润滑剂而具有低摩擦特性。本文通过在银镀层内添加固体润滑剂MoS2颗粒制备银基复合镀层,研究了电镀时间、预镀层、加入MoS2颗粒等参数对镀层性能的影响,探讨了镀层摩擦系数的变化规律。64033
结果表明,加入MoS2颗粒后摩擦性能较好;银基复合镀层前预镀一层镍耐磨性较好;复合镀层在室温到高温条件下具有良好的耐磨自润滑性能。

Abstract Wear and corrosion are the main form of material failure. They first occur in the parts of the surface, thereby causing the entire mechanical failure, causing huge economic losses. Therefore, the need to improve the performance of the control surface from the delay and failure to proceed. Therefore, the surface technology came into being. Surface technology surface modification technology and surface plating technology. Surface plating technology is high quality, efficient, energy, financial, environmental and economic benefits of an effective means to improve. As a surface coating technology of the composite plating technology can meet the technology of materials for wear resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and self-lubricating and many other requirements.
