摘要本论文以2mm的TA1与6mm的Q235B及2mm的TA1三层爆炸复合板材为对象,开展了脉冲熔化极气体保护焊和钨极氩弧焊的焊接方法的研究。 设计了坡口形式并优化了焊接工艺参数,利用优化的工艺参数进行钛钢钛三层爆炸复合板的拼接实验,获得了成型良好的多层焊缝,并对母材和试样进行了微观金相组织的观察与显微硬度测试以及电镜扫描。67489
研究表明: 无论是爆炸焊缝与对接焊缝,焊缝界面都有着显微硬度的升高,随着与界面的距离增加,硬度逐渐回复到本身材质的硬度大小。
爆炸焊缝与对焊焊缝周围的钛铁元素均发生了少量的扩散。对于对焊来说,焊缝区的热输入最大,再从中心到两边递减,这使得钛铁的扩散也就从中心到两边减小。但是无论是母材还是式样,钛的元素强度总是稍微大于铁元素的强度。

Title Butt-joint Welding Process of the Explosion Welding Ti-Steel-Ti Composite Plates
Abstract
This thesis with 2 mm TA1 and Q235B of 6 mm and 2 mm of TA1 three layers of explosive composite sheet as an object, has carried out pulse melting polar gas shielded arc welding and tungsten electrode argon arc welding welding method of the research. Design and optimize the technological parameters of welding groove form, the use of optimization of process parameters for titanium steel titanium three experiments, the joining together of explosive composite board forming good multilayer weld, and the sample material and microscopic observation of microstructure and micro hardness testing and scanning electron microscope.
Research has shown that both explosion welding and butt weld, the weld interface has a microhardness increases, with increasing distance and interface, the hardness gradually return to itself the hardness of material size.
Explosion welding and butt weld titanium iron are happened around a small amount of diffusion. For butt weld, the heat input is the largest, and from center to both sides, which makes the spread of the titanium iron also decreased from center to both sides. But neither parent metal or styles, titanium element strength is slightly greater than the strength of the iron.
