摘要:利用高纯Bi2O3,Fe2O3,Co2O3和Pb3O4粉末,采用固相合成方法制备单相多铁性BiFeO3陶瓷材料。 研究A位取代以及B位取代对单相多铁性BiFeO3陶瓷材料结构和性能的影响,最后研究A位和B位同时取代效果。实验结果表明:可以看出A位取代产物Pb2Fe2O5是一种能够有效的抑制Bi2Fe4O9之外的如Bi25FeO39等其他杂相生成的有益成分。B位取代产物CoFe2O4是一种能够有效的抑制常见杂相Bi2Fe4O9的有益成分,但是这一Co取代产物的存在能够极大的促进Bi25FeO40杂相的生成与再生。而双位取代可以在不产生过多的取代相的前提下十分有效的抑制有害杂相的产生,加大双位取代的取代元素比例有可能进一步提高BiFeO3的纯度。9860

The infuence of both sites substitution on the tructure and properties of singe-phase multiferroic ceramics
Abstract:The single-phase multiferroic BiFeO3 ceramics were prepared by utilizing high-purity Bi2O3 and Fe2O3 powders as well as solid phase reaction method .The influence of the structure and properties of the ceramics were studied by replacing the element in A or B sites as well as in both sites.It was demonstrated in the experiment that the product of A site substitution Pb2Fe2O5 was a helpful substance to effectively restrain impurity phase such as Bi2FeO9 as well as Bi25FeO39.The product of B site substitution could also restrain the impurity phase,but the existence of this product could induce the rebirth of Bi25FeO40.The product of both sites substitution was able to very effectively restain the product of impurity phase and would not bring other phases. If there are more product of both sites substitution,it may improve the purity of BiFeO3.
