摘要 当今高新技术武器不断涌现,特别是各种精确制导深钻地弹的快速发展,对现有防护工程提出了严峻挑战。超高性能水泥基复合材料(UHPCC)具有超高强度(抗压强度达 200MPa) 、高延性、高耐久性等一系列优异性能,采用超高性能水泥基复合材料的防护工程结构,具有显著的抗冲击、抗侵彻和抗爆炸能力。 本课题论文制备了超高性能水泥基复合材料,研究了该材料的静态抗压、抗拉、抗弯性能。研究了超高性能水泥基复合材料在高速侵彻下的破坏效应,通过材料组成的优化设计,抑制侵彻作用下材料的损伤开裂,采用非线性有限元法模拟超高性能水泥基复合材料的侵彻破坏过程, 设计制备出新型高性能水泥基复合材料。6625

Title The Optimal Design of Ultra High Performance Cementitious Composites Anti-penetration
Abstract
High-technology weapons continue to emerge nowadays. The rapid development
of different kinds of precision guided deep penetrators has made serious challenge on
protective engineerings. Ultra high performance cementitious composites (UHPCC)
have a series of excellent performance such as high strength (compressive strength of
200MPa), high ductility and high durability. The protective engineering structures
which are made of UHPCC have a significant capacity of resistance to impact,
penetration and explosion.
In this paper, ultra high performance cementitious composites are prepared and
their static compressive, tensile and flexural properties are researched. The damage of
UHPCC subjected to high speed penetration is studied. The damage and cracking of
UHPCC are restricted under penetration by optimal design of material composition.
The failure process of UHPCC subjected to penetration is simulated using nonlinear
finite element method. A new type of UHPCC is designed by experiments and
simulation.
