摘要：在社会多元化、政治民主化和城市现代化的推进下, 社区居民自治参与逐渐成为中国社区建设的新主题、新动力。但是, 由于体制的约束和客观条件的限制, 当前的城市社区居民自治仍存在着诸多的发展瓶颈。本文围绕社区自治问题，采用文献法、访谈法等方式，以S社区的自治项目作为个案研究对象，对S社区的自治项目实施现状进行调查研究。从后现代主义的视角下进行切入，结合后现代主义强调多元性、多样性等特点在社区内部及外部资源两个方面，试探讨社区居民自治的新道路。20726

Searching autonomy of community denizens
under the view of postmodernism
----An example of S community autonomy project
Abstract : In fast advance of social persification，political democratization and urban modernization,autonomy of community denizens has become a new theme, new power of community building in china.However, because of institutional constraints and objective conditions, at present city community autonomy are still many development bottleneck . This article around the community autonomy, by using the method of documentary, and interview,taking the S community autonomy project for the case object of study,conducts the investigation and study to S community autonomy project.Under the view of postmodernism，analyzes the problems and solutions，with the characteristics of postmodernism emphasizes pluralism, persity.In two aspects of internal and external resources in community，tries to discuss about a new road on autonomy of community denizens.

（一） 研究背景
自从20 世纪90 年代以来，中国的社会变迁重新调整了政府与社会的关系, 社区变迁相对于城市社区来说, 表现为社区建设过程中，社区管理组织和社区自治组织在自身组织和行动上的深刻变革, 以及这种变革对于城市居民的内在与外在的影响。在社会多元化、政治民主化和城市现代化的推动下, 社区自治逐渐成为中国社区建设的新动力、新主题。
党的十751大报告指出, 在全面建设小康社会的过程中, 要进一步“ 完善城市居民自治, 建设管理有序、文明祥和的新型社区”。发展社区自治有利于强化社区功能, 促进社区协调、稳定和健康发展，推进城市基层政治文明建设。十余年来, 我国的城市居民自治呈现出良好的发展势头, 但是, 由于体制的约束和客观条件的限制, 当前的城市社区居民自治仍存在着诸多的发展瓶颈。 后现代主义视角下的社区居民自治探索:http://www.751com.cn/faxue/lunwen_12604.html
