摘要当前我国行政监督乏力的问题依然存在，反映出该问题的现象有，乱监督、不监督、少监督。造成这些问题的成因很多，主要有行政监督的理念相对落后、行政监督机制有待完善、行政监督立法相对滞后、行政监督主体之间缺乏协调性。针对这些问题，首先要从行政监督的理念入手，强化行政监督意识，建立一支科学高效的监督队伍，培养一批具有较高政治素养和道德素质的行政监督人员；其次要完善行政监督机制，确保行政监督主体真正具有独立的地位；再次要完善行政监督的相关法律规章，保障行政监督法制建设有序进行；最后要健全行政监督体系，理顺各个监督机构之间的关系，增强协调性。43175

Causes and Countermeasures of the Current Weakness of Administrative Supervision in China
Abstract
At present， the problem of weak administrative supervision in our country still exists， which reflects the phenomenon of the problem. There are many reasons for these problems， the main idea of administrative supervision is relatively backward， the administrative supervision mechanism needs to be improved， the administrative supervision legislation is lagging behind， the lack of coordination between the administrative supervision. To solve these problems， we must first from the concept of administrative supervision of speed up the concept of innovation， the establishment of a scientific and efficient supervision team， cultivate a group with high political qualities and moral quality of the personnel of administrative supervision; secondly， we should perfect the administrative supervision mechanism， to ensure that the administrative supervision body is genuinely independent status; thirdly， to improve the administrative supervision of the relevant laws and regulations， to ensure the orderly conduct of the administrative supervision legal system construction; finally， to improve the administrative supervision system， straighten out the relationship between each supervision institution， enhance coordination.
