[摘要]: 有相关资料显示,到 2013年年底的时候，我国农民工总人数已经达到了 2. 5亿。然而到 2013年底我国农民工工伤保险参保人数却只达到 28.5%。农民工的工作流动性大、整体教育水平偏低以及享有社会权益相对较少是农民工这个群体普遍具有的特点。中国传统二元户籍制度与飞速发展的经济之间的冲突，是导致农民工社会保障权益，特别是工伤保险权益得不到实现的根本原因。 在实际生活中,安全事故的受害者多数集中在农民工群体。农民工工伤保险参保率低已成为影响农民工权益保障的重要领域。当前，我国农民工工伤保险存在着工伤预防管理体制的混乱、工伤的认定程序繁琐等问题。完善农民工工伤保险应采取改革现有的户籍制度、协调劳动就业政策与农民工工伤保险政策等措施。36272

Study on the problem of migrant workersinjury insurance
[Abstract]: Relevant data shows that the total number of migrant workers hasreached 250 million by the end of 2013. However, by the end of 2013 the numbers ofmigrant workers who have industrial injury insurance are only 28.5% people. Migrant workersindustrial injury insurance has become an important area of low impact security rightsof migrant workers.At present, China migrant workers industrial injury insurance exists confusioninjury prevention management system, injury identification cumbersome proceduresand other issues.ettering the industrial injury insurance should be taken to reform theexisting household registration system, employment policy and coordination ofmigrant workers industrial injury insurance policies and other measures.
