市场经济条件下政府的角色定位分析

摘要：随着经济的日益发展，市场经济的体制越来越完善。政府在市场经济中的宏观调控中起着主体作用，其对经济建设进行着有效的控制和领导，促进了市场经济体系的健康长足发展。政府在市场经济中的地位固然重要，但是，市场经济的发展越来越需要把市场作为资源配置的主要机制，然而，传统政府角色阻碍了市场机制的运行，政府在市场经济中出现的越位、缺位、错位等现象，不能与市场经济的发展相适应，转变政府角色既是市场经济发展的内在要求，也是政府主动适应经济发展、进行自身变革的需要。因此，政府必须加强对自身职位职务的监督、反客为主的监督，并推进并深化政府机构改革、投资体制改革、财政管理体制改革以及行政审批制度改革。40583

Analysis of the Role of the Government under the Condition of Market Economy
Abstract: With the development of economy, the system of market economy is getting better and better.
