摘要随着我国经济的高速发展，社会工业与商业发展正以前所未有的速度向前推进，但同时也在加速破坏着我国生态环境。如何做到既能保证经济发展又能进行环境保护已成为全社会的课题，其中最重要的一点当属对环境司法专门化的改革。但明显可以看出，当前我国无论是在环保法庭的设立还是环境司法专门化制度上都存在明显的问题。例如环保法庭的设立零散，案源较少，专业性人才缺乏等。在审判体制方面，诉讼机制与诉讼程序还未完善等问题都是导致我国环境司法专门化难以推行的主要原因。针对这些问题，本文试图以造成这些问题的原因为出发点进行探讨，从而得出具体的解决与完善措施，包括对环境司法中审判机构、诉讼程序与审判人员的完善。46285

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of China's economy, the social industry and commercial development is moving forward at an unprecedented speed, but at the same time, it also accelerates the destruction of the ecological environment of our country. How to ensure the economic development and environmental protection has become the subject of the whole society, which is the most important point of the reform of environmental justice. But it can be seen that the current our country, whether in the establishment of the environmental protection court or the environmental judicial specialization system, there are obvious problems. For example, the courts scattered, the source is less, lack of professional talents. In the judicial system, the litigation system and the litigation procedure are not perfect and so on are the main reasons that lead to the difficulty of the implementation of the environmental judicial specialization in our country. Aiming at these problems, this paper attempts to cause the reason of these problems as the starting point to explore, so as to obtain the specific solutions and improvement measures, including the environmental justice judgment organization and procedure and judicial personnel, improve.
