摘要：上海自贸区设立于我国对外经济贸易改革的大背景下，肩负着我国经济对外开放的重要任务，对其金融法制的研究并从中吸取经验十分重要，本文介绍了上海自贸区金融法制的特点，并分析了上海自贸区金融法制的的经验，以负面清单货币改革等为重点进行介绍，并分析上海自贸区金融法制的不足。借鉴发达国家和地区自贸区的金融法制，通过有选择的研究他们在自贸区金融法制方面的特点及具体做法，有针对性的提出完善自贸区金融法制的具体建议。59028
