摘 要：农民政治参与的范围越广、程度越高，民主政治的发展就越完善。当前农民政治参与存在的问题主要是：非制度化政治参与有扩大趋势、参与渠道单一、参与具有被动性、宗法势力和黑金势力干预农民政治参与。这些问题源于传统定势因素、制度滞后因素、驱力缺失因素、参与成本因素的制约。为了确保农民的政治参与的健康发展，必须大力发展农村经济，拓宽农民政治参与渠道，增强教育，创新农村政治文化，提高和完善参与机制，以促进农民政治参与的制度化。9983

当前中国农民政治参与存在问题的原因及对策前言
我国农民的政治参与呈现较好的发展形势，这源于人们多年的理论研究和实践创新。这种较好的发展形势具体体现为：农民的选民意识不断增强；参与的规模扩大；参与的效果显著提高。但是，不用说，在目前农村社会虽有巨大变化，但农民政治参与依旧存在诸多问题，极大地制约了农民政治参与的良性发展。
