摘要上海科技大学ACC位于上海市上海科技大学校区内，为4层现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，行政楼总建筑面积为6000m²，建筑高度15.6m（从室外地坪到屋面檐口）。其结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，安全等级为二级，设计使用年限为50 年；建筑物等耐火等级为二级；建筑抗震设防类别为丙类；地基基础设计等级为乙级。该行政楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构，柱网尺寸主要为4.8m×4.8m、4.8m×9.6m、6m×9.6m、7.2m×9.6m、9.6m×9.6m、4.8m×6m、7.2m×4.8m，总长度为48m，总宽度为48 m，占地面积为2304平方米左右。梁、柱构件通过节点连接形成骨架结构，由梁、柱承受竖向和水平荷载，剪力墙承受水平荷载，中间隔墙仅起文护作用。底层层高为4.8m，各标准层的层高为3.6m，楼梯的踏步数底层取12其他各标准层均为9个，每层的楼梯的踏步高为200mm，踏步宽为300mm。楼梯的梯段宽为1.95m，可以同时三人行走，中间休息平台宽为1.65m，扶手的高度为0.9m，宽度为60mm。内部功能主要满足各国交流生，教师的日常生活及学习配套设施，建筑外形简洁朴实。一层主要为休闲、餐饮，两层为办公，设有大型会议室，三、四层为住宿休息区域。该楼主体结构采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构。基础采用柱下独立承台桩基础。在立面设计中，主要强调建筑的简洁、朴实和亲和的特点，建筑形体采用正方形造型，不追求复杂的装饰。考虑到科研楼对消防、管理、使用，交通设施等诸多多方面的综合要求，在设计本建筑的交通组织方面特作了适当的考虑。该建筑选择了良好的朝向和自然通风，保持室内有良好的空气质量。21199
