摘 要：本设计主要对清江电机办公楼做一份预算编制，施工图预算作为建筑工程造价的重要依据，是招标投标、签订施工合同、工程施工管理和工程竣工决算的重要文件，根据具体工程采取科学合理的方法编制施工图预算，对确保工程造价的精确度具有十分重要的意义。本设计是依据一套三层的砌体结构和四层的框架结构的施工图纸，按照施工图预算编制的程序，遵循工程量计算规则，以江苏2014定额说明为编制依据，而编制出来的一套工程预算书。65616

Abstract：The design of the main motor of Qingjiang office building to make a budget, construction budget as an important basis for the construction project cost, is bidding, signing important documents of final account of construction contract, construction management and engineering, according to the specific engineering, adopt scientific and reasonable method of construction drawing budget, has very important significance to ensure the accuracy of the project cost.the design is based on the construction drawings of a frame structure of three layer and four layer masonry structure, according to the construction drawing budget preparation process,the Jiangsu 2014 quota for basis, out of a prepared set of project budget book, in the preparation process, the project quantity a detailed calculation of the each part, strictly follow the fixed quantities calculation rules, and access to a large number of related books, the formation of the design.

1  设计选题说明

1.1  选题依据

施工预算是预算部根据企业下达的责任成本目标，详细编制施工组织设计，在不断优化施工技术方案和合理配置生产要素的基础上，根据本企业的施工消耗定额及类似工程项目的成本资料，通过人工、材料、机械消耗分析和制定节约措施之后，制定的现场目标成本，此外它是作为施工单位企业内部经济核算的依据，因此，施工预算编制是建筑工程项目成本的控制的最重要的依据与保证。

1.2  设计项目概况

本工程建筑面积约为4424.21平米，建筑基底面积为858.56平米，该建筑分框架结构和砌体结构两部分，框架结构部分为综合楼，长56.0米，宽20.0米，高17.1米，主要结构跨度8.0m*8.0m。砌体部分为食堂，共三层。该工程建筑工程类别为二类工程。基础采用柱下独立基础，2层粉土土层为基础持力层。 清江机电办公楼预算编制+CAD图纸:http://www.751com.cn/gongcheng/lunwen_73306.html
