摘要：根据花半里小区1#建筑工程图纸，在熟悉相关规范、手册、标准图集及工程施工常用方法的基础上计算该单位工程各分部分项工程的工程量，编制了工程量清单，并按照工程量清单计价模式完成了该单位工程的施工图预算。工程量清单是编制招标工程标底价，投标报价和工程结算时调整工程量的依据。实行工程量清单计价，将工程量清单作为招标文件和合同文件的重要主成部分，对于规范招标人的计价行为，从技术上避免在招投标中弄虚作假和暗箱操作，以及在保证工程款的支付结算方面都会起到重要作用。65631
