摘 要:本文介绍了厂房施工方案的组织与具体实施情况，其中包括了该项目的进度计划、质量控制等方面。在实施过程中所用到的施工方案、施工技术要求的详细介绍。这次设计主要包括了施工组织平面布置，这里面包含了道路、水电等设施的布置与安装。还有一部分消防设施设备的介绍。本文还有关于施工计划的安排实施，如在特殊条件下施工的具体情况，新材料、技术的运用等。厂房施工与别不同在于，他的楼层数不高，但因为要考虑到大型机械的安置，对厂房建造的质量与承重要求相对不同，文章中也对此进行了相应的介绍。60188
Abstract: This paper introduces the workshop construction project organization and implementation, including the aspects of the project schedule, quality control etc.. 1 设计选题说明
1.1 选题原因说明
本人因为亲自参与了这个项目，在该项目实习了4、5个月了。对该项目比较了解，并且在实习过程中学到很多施工组织设计方面的知识与经验。我是从这个项目开始阶段就开始实习的，对该项目整个流程、组织设计都有直观了解，所以选择这个题目作为毕业设计的研究课题。
1.2 数据资料的获得
在施工单位实习的经历，让我可以直接获得一手资料，有时候我会处理一些施工进度表、资料报批的工作，这让我可以有机会接触我们项目的许多一手资料。还有就是在实习过程中，项目经理提供给我不少施工管理，施工规范方面的书籍，给我的论文提供了不少参考的内容。而跟多的资料也是我在4个月实习期间亲自经历而获得经验，这无疑是最重要的资料。 江阴新建服装研发和生产项目厂房施工组织设计+CAD图纸:http://www.751com.cn/gongcheng/lunwen_65582.html
