摘要：城市综合体基本具备了现代城市的全部功能，所以也被称为“城中之城”。大型城市综合体适合经济发达的大都会和经济发达城市，在功能选择上要根据城市经济特点有所侧重，一般来说，酒店功能或者写字楼跟购物中心功能是最基本的组合。城市综合体与多功能建筑的差别在于，多功能建筑是数量与种类上的积累综合，这种综合不构成新系统的产生，局部增减无关整体大局。而城市综合体则是各组成部分之间的优化组合，并共同存在于一个有机系统之中。22246

一、概况
1.1 项目名称：湖北远安汇憬国际
1.2 项目背景
远安地处湖北省西北部，是嫘祖故里，古称“临沮”、“高安”。公元559 年更名为“远安”，距今已有2100多年的建县史，是楚文化的发祥地之一。目前，国家实施宏观调控政策，土地审批越来越严格，住房供给短缺，而人们生活水平在相对提高，新增城市人口不断增多，对住房的需求会越来越大。本项目承建单位在城市建设总体规划指导下，解放路与凤翔路交叉口的西南角，建设一处环境优美功能完善的湖北远安汇憬国际商业综合楼。城市综合体建筑设计说明+文献综述:http://www.751com.cn/gongcheng/lunwen_14787.html
