摘要本次设计主要是编制招标控制价，工程为某商业广场17#楼，17#楼为带商业网点的6层住宅楼。本工程建筑占地（基地）面积为875.78平方米；本工程总建筑面积为3554.41平方米，阳台按一半计算，无柱雨篷，装饰柱、凸窗、空调板不计建筑面积。地处安徽省，本工程为多层居住建筑（带商服），建筑高度（消防高度）20.69m，地上住宅楼层高一层3.3m，二至六层为3m。商业部分一层层高为4.5m，二层层高为3.3m，耐火等级为二级，屋面防水等级按Ⅰ级设防。结构形式为框架结构；抗震设防烈度为7度；设计耐久年限为50年。在对图纸进行审读、理解后，依据《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》（GB50500-2013）的工程量计算规则，按土石方工程、砌筑工程、混凝土及钢筋混凝土工程、门窗工程、屋面及防水工程、保温隔热防腐工程、楼地面装饰工程、墙柱面装饰工程、油漆涂料裱糊工程等顺序进行工程量计算，综合单价根据《安徽省建筑装饰装修工程》来进行套价，在使用套价后得到的综合单价乘以相对应项目的定额工程量，得出此部分的分部分项工程量合价，以《安徽省建设工程费用定额》（2009）为依据计算措施项目与其他项目。最终得到建筑与装饰工程的总造价。46151
