摘要:本文介绍了贵阳轻轨2号线贵富区间右线隧道结构设计。本设计领域为贵阳市轨道交通2号线二期工程贵钢站~富源北路站区间暗挖隧道,右隧设计起讫里程:YCK37+949.301~YCK38+870.350,长921.049m,全隧采用暗挖法施工。该区间内隧道全长921.049m,隧道为双洞单线结构,线间距为10~15m,隧道拱顶埋深13~90m;于隧道YCK38+100附近设置施工竖井、隧道中部联络通道。本设计按照暗挖法的要求施工。本设计主要内容包括:隧道的平纵断面线型设计、隧道净空断面设计,隧道衬砌结构设计以及施工组织等。在进行了二次衬砌的结构计算时,可借助结构力学求解器。69812
本设计获得以下结论:
1.采用复合式衬砌,初期支护喷射26cm厚C25混凝土,二次衬砌采用40cm厚C35钢筋混凝土,初期支护与二次衬砌之间设附加防水层。
2.使用结构力学求解器求解时,得到最大弯矩组合设计值:M_d=140KN∙m,及相对应的轴向力组合设计值:N_d=95.92KN
3.配筋时,选每侧钢筋为22,布置两排钢筋。计算结果判定为大偏心受压构件,而其最大裂缝宽度为0.19mm。
4.全随采用暗挖法进行开挖,并进行科学施工管理。经过验算,该隧道方案设计合理,衬砌结构配筋验算均满足要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the design of the right-wing tunnel in Guiyang Light Rail Line 2. 2. Using the structural mechanics solver to obtain the maximum bending moment design value: M_d = 140KN ∙ m, and the corresponding axial force combination design: N_d = 95.92KN
