摘要技术人员作为高新技术企业产品研究和开发的主体,对企业的生存和发展起着至关重要的作用。高新技术企业要想在激励的市场竞争环境中取得优势就必须最大限度地激发技术人员地积极性和创造性。本文在分析了我国高新技术企业技术人员薪酬制度的现状后,发现高新技术企业技术人员在薪酬激励方面存在着以下问题:薪酬结构不合理、激励手段过于单一、薪酬分配缺乏公平性、长期激励和内在激励不足等问题。通过对这些问题的分析和思考,结合薪酬激励的相关理论,为我国高新技术企业技术人员的薪酬激励提出了相关改进对策,如推行以技能导向的薪酬结构、将薪酬与绩效挂钩、实行个性化激励等。49534

The Research on Incentive Compensation of Technician in High-tech Enterprise
Abstract
Technical staff as the main part in product research and development of high-tech enterprise, plays a vital role in the enterprise's survival and development. In order to gain more advantage in the fierce market competition environment, it is necessary for the high-tech enterprises to maximize their technical staff to the enthusiasm and creativity. Based on the analysis of the status of the technical staff compensation system in high-tech enterprises in China, this paper illustrates there are some problems about incentive compensation , such as unreasonable salary structure, the single incentives, a lack of fairness in pay distribution, short of long-term incentives and intrinsic motivation and so on. By analysis and reflection on these issues and combined with the related theory of incentive pay, this paper advances some proposals. Such as the implementation of a skills-oriented salary structure, relating performance with compensation, the implementation of personalized incentives and so on.
