摘要本文介绍了城市公共交通网络的发展概况，并对国内外城市公共交通的发展做了简要的对比，并通过对比得出发展中国家城市公共交通的发展启示。
本论文的核心是对城市公共交通网络的评价，通过提出一套符合城市公共交通发展体系的评价指标，为促进城市公共交通的良性发展提供一定的理论基础和依据，并结合银川市城区公共交通规划数据进行了实例分析，分别就宏观、中观和微观指标进行计算，运用区间数综合评价法进行了评价分析。

1.1 研究背景
随着社会经济发展和技术进步，交通运输己成为人们生活中的基本组成部分，对保证社会经济及日常生活正常运转发挥着至关重要作用．
世界各国在近几十年内都先后建立了完善的交通运输网络，以满足日益增长的交通需求,但交通需求的增长速度与城市交通基础设施的建设速度发展不平衡，由此带来了很多交通问题。尤其是公交系统的发展远远滞后于城市人口的增长，导致更多的出行者选择不同种类的交通工具，进一步加深了城市交通堵塞、道路承受能力下降、环境污染加重、交通事故急速上升等一系列严重问题，给整个社会造成了巨大的物质损失和经济损失。因此，优先发展公共交通已经成为城市交通的发展趋势。它是缓解城市交通拥堵的有效措施，是改善城市人居环境，促进城市可持续发展的必然要求。 城市公共交通网络综合评价+文献综述:http://www.751com.cn/guanli/lunwen_5301.html
